Alerts:

• With cooling weather comes snowfall & ice formation.  Please be careful traversing the community.  Please call Signature (203-943-8838) or alert a Board member of ice on the roadway or Linden Street sidewalk.
• A reminder that soliciting in the community is prohibited.  However, in the event a solicitor comes to your door, ask her:
  • For a business card
  • Alternate ID / Company information if no business card
  • To show you her City of Norwalk Police Department Permit for soliciting
  • Call the Norwalk Police to report an un-permitted solicitor at (203) 854-3000
• A pair of coyotes was recently recorded on a backyard camera.  Please keep children and pets under careful watch when outside.

Announcements:

• The Executive Board will be walking the community for appearance checks soon (the date will be published and notices will be sent).
• The Linden Street conservation cleanup will take place soon; please plan on coming out to help remove debris and trash.
• Diane Bredenhoft (#8) and Mary Kilbane (#10) have stepped down as Executive Board Members extraordinaire after many years of diligent efforts on behalf of the community.  Their service has been most appreciated!

• As our new community website continues to build out, please check in periodically to become familiar with the added materials and features.  In general, the website is home to all official LHCA documents, to which all homeowners have access.  Please pass along to an Executive Board member any suggestions / errors / omissions to help improve the website experience.
